This Privacy Policy describes how personal data is processed on the website dcp-team.ru and related pages (hereinafter — the "Site"), as well as when responding to job vacancies and within other communications with us (hereinafter collectively — the "Services").

  • submit data via Google Form and/or Yandex Form to respond to a job application.

The Site does not have personal accounts, payment functions, anti-cheat systems, advertising newsletters, or third-party scripts (except for the Google/Yandex forms themselves embedded on the page).


3. Data Processed

3.1. Data You Provide

  • Job application response: Full name, e-mail for feedback, information about yourself and skills (text fields), other materials you voluntarily attach/enter into the form (portfolio, links, etc.).
  • Correspondence: inquiries to and the data contained therein.

We do not request payment details and do not accept payments through the Site.

3.2. Automatically Collected Data

  • Technical metadata of visits: IP address, browser headers, OS, interface language, time zone, referrer URL, request date/time, basic cookies and web storage records (localStorage/sessionStorage) necessary for the operation of pages and protection against abuse.

3.3. Data from Third Parties

  • When using Google Forms and Yandex Forms, you enter some data directly into the respective widgets of these services; such data is also processed by these providers under their terms.

4. Purposes and Legal Bases for Processing

We process data for the following purposes and on these grounds:

  • Reviewing job applications and communicating with candidates — performance of actions at your initiative prior to entering into a contract/employment contract and/or your consent (Art. 6 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ).
  • Responding to inquiries and supporting communications — legitimate interest of the operator and/or fulfillment of your requests.
  • Ensuring functionality, security, and improvement of the Site — legitimate interest of the operator.
  • Fulfilling legal obligations — when necessary to store applications, correspondence, records of consents/withdrawals, etc.

If the basis is consent, you have the right to withdraw it at any time by sending an email to . Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal.


5. Cookies and Local Storage

We use strictly necessary cookies/web storage records for basic functions (spam/bot protection, technical settings, correct operation of forms). Analytical and marketing cookies are not used. You may restrict cookies in your browser settings; some functionality may not work correctly.


6. Disclosure to Third Parties and Processors on Behalf

We do not sell personal data and do not transfer it to partner studios/ad networks. Data may be processed and/or transferred to the extent necessary for the purposes stated above to the following categories of persons:

    • Google Forms / Google LLC — processing of data entered into the Google Form for job applications;
    • Yandex Forms / Yandex LLC — processing of data entered into the Yandex Form for job applications.

All such persons process data based on agreements with the operator and only on its behalf/within their service obligations.


7. Localization and Hosting (Template Section)

The primary recording (collection) of personal data of Russian citizens is carried out on the territory of the Russian Federation on the operator's/processor's server.

  • routing of electronic correspondence (email networks and backbone routes may pass through foreign nodes).

Cross-border transfer is carried out:

  • to countries that provide adequate protection of the rights of personal data subjects, or
  • with your consent to such transfer, expressed when submitting the relevant form/inquiry, or
  • in cases expressly provided by law.

By submitting a form or email, you confirm your consent to the cross-border transfer of your data for the purposes stated in this Policy. You have the right to withdraw your consent by writing to ; in this case, we will cease further transfer unless other legal grounds apply.


9. Retention Periods

We store personal data no longer than necessary for the purposes of processing:

  • Job applications and related correspondence — up to 24 months from the last contact (unless a longer period is required to protect rights/interests or comply with legal requirements).
  • Technical logs and service records — typically up to 12 months, unless a longer period is needed for security incident investigations.
  • Records of consents/withdrawals — as long as relevant.

Upon expiration of the periods, the data is deleted or anonymized.
